On the 17th anniversary of 9/11, four New Yorkers take their morning commute on the N train. Two seemingly disparate strangers run off on a joint adventure across the city. Two apparent enemies go on to take similar actions for very different reasons. And one slice of time is broken open to reveal the common threads that run between all four. The commute changes all of them, and we’ll see who they are at the end of the line.
