Oh wow! This is such an exciting and fun short piece! I am fully invested in these characters and it leaves me wanting more! Continue the adventures! But I also fully respect this as a turning point snapshot moment for Super Dan in his crazy childhood world. I also adore the Narrator!

A hilarious comedy where you're trapped inside a comic book, wondering how you got there and what on earth is going on! A play about adventures and adulthood. Well done.

Oh, I love this play. Inventive and fresh, and totally relatable, too. There's a cartoony quality to the aesthetic, in the best way, a Pop-Art pretending, like we've jumped into a new world, a world of make-believe, a past idea of the future. There's a lot to mine her, about caregiving, and remembering that underneath the valiant work of looking after others, we have to try to care for ourselves. A charming, relevant piece, great fun for performers and audience alike.

As somebody who drew comics in his bedroom as a child and was also given to unrequited crushes, this play is fantastic. Well-written, theatrical, surprising, delightful. Contrasts the lightness of childhood with the darkness of adulthood.

Fun throughout, followed by a heart-breaking turn at the end, asking a bigger question than we expect: What is it we really want, after all?
