In the face of ignorance, sometimes the best way to spread light about an issue is through a different path. Bublitz accomplishes this by creating a timely and effective protest against climate change with a strong cast of characters. This is also accompanied by an important dynamic between characters, which demonstrates their various levels of concern about the issue, much similar to our own society today. It was an enjoyable read that took a lot of risks that paid off through enjoyable characterization and a strong plot.

Rachel Bublitz took such a serious topic that needs to be discussed and brilliantly brought it to life through the use of this play. She was able to make the characters relatable, while also creating a story that feels very real. I also enjoyed how she brought up family issues, in addition to environmental issues, that can sometimes feel all too common and shines a light on it in a unique and exciting way.

Throughout this play, Rachel Bublitz does an outstanding job at capturing the terrible turn our society may make if our poor environmental actions continue to persist. Not only is Red Days only eye-opening and thought provoking, it is also extremely educational. It is important to generate such conversations about the changes that are essential to make for the betterment of our world, which is exactly what Red Days does.

Rachel Bublitz puts on a fantastic display of current road we are going down in terms of climate change and global warming. As I read this I even felt myself having trouble breathing when putting myself in the story. This is a reflection on our society and how we all need to make changes before we end up in a future that this story takes place in.

I was hesitant at first going into this play, because I didn't know what to expect knowing what the commentary was going to be within it. But after reading, I must say that Rachel Bublitz does a fantastic job putting on display what we as a society are in dire need to see. Based in a time that is supposed to be close to our current, Rachel shows her reader's how things could be if we don't act now on the pollutants that are ruining our ecosystem, which are not only harming our planet... but us too.

I read this play about four months ago, and it has stuck with me. This play does a great job of depicting what the future will look like if changes are not made. It made me more conscious of my habits and is something that comes back to me almost daily. While this was a play, it was very educational and eye-opening for me. It will change your view on the environment and make you think twice about your actions.
