A slightly awkward, but warm and amusing exchange between two high school classmates at their 70th reunion builds to a poignant climax. Highly engaging and ultimately quite moving.

Lovely, touching play about two elders who reunite at a reunion - with an ending that comes as a surprise! Loved this brief piece of work.

This is such a sweet, touching play. I feel for Lottie and completely understand her resistance to all those high school reunions. Then, when she finally attends, she learns that all her friends, except Len, are gone. All that’s left are the memories. Donna Hoke has captured the mixture of emotions that go along with these gatherings; including that initial anxiety of stepping into a room of people you haven’t see in decades. This play is a gentle reminder to not wait because life passes by too quickly.

This is a sweet, romantic play with older characters. What happens when a man holds a crush for years until he finally meets her at their 70th reunion? At last he gets his moment, uninterrupted by others, after waiting all those years,

What a sweet short play. So poignant without being maudlin. A piece like this takes a delicate touch, and Donna handles it so adeptly.

DONNA HOKE’s play, “You Haven’t Changed a Bit”, is truly a wonderful play of two former high school classmates, who meet after 70 years. It’s a play which will win your heart. I had the honor of playing Len in a recent production by The Orange Players. This play is a must-read and must-see. BRAVO!

A lovely, well-constructed and heartfelt play with a satisfying conclusion. It's a moving mediation on memories, connection, and the ephemeral nature of time. The play's message is simultaneously gentle and visceral. After reading the script with high schoolers, one of them said "Wow, time goes by quickly doesn't it?!"
