WOW. This is one of those plays that just might change you: Crim’s work deftly addresses multiple issues with both an empathetic and uncompromising voice. Each of these six women has an authentic perspectives on the subjects of motherhood and womanhood, and is on a compelling personal journey that intersects with the others’ in fascinating ways. I recommend this play in particular for actors seeking monologues: there are several, and each is stunning. I also loved the way humor is woven expertly throughout; in general, there’s not one forced or false beat in this play: highly recommended.

A beautifully done play about the bonding of women as they go through the tumultuous journey of life. The ability to be vulnerable and the support we need from our friends is more vital than we can sometimes communicate. Excellent work!

A delightful play for an all-female cast. This script is both tender and honest as 6 women navigate their struggles and lives.

Paint Night is a hilarious and beautifully woven story about how women support each other (or fail to) in an unpredictable world. The depth of each woman's pain is rendered in an uproarious and messily human night of drinking and painting. Crim has illustrated how life, family and friendship go on despite the terrifying encroachment of outside ills and uncertain times.
