All that is captured wonderfully by the relationship between a "Primitive" artist and a "Minimalist" artist. Their relationship is intense, sexy, raw, cruel, and (surprisingly) hilarious. They tear each other to pieces, attack each other's artistic visions and ideas like weapons used to vandalize art. By presenting this couple the playwrights make us, the audience, wonder - What does it take to collaborate in a meaningful relationship? Can we admit our selfishness and failures so we can truly love another person? ”
