I know I'm not the only one who appreciates a twisted holiday tale, but this one is especially delicious, dark, and side-achingly funny. A necessary addition to any holiday-themed festival. Also extra credit for a reference to an alicorn.

A perfectly delightful tale of Christmas viciousness. I've seen this twice now and it never fails to be hysterical. The character of Becky is wonderfully, gleefully murderous and the Elf is a hapless accessory to the crime. A proven way to cut through all the Christmas treacle.

I love this play. Dark, twisted, diabolical, and absolutely hysterical. Was able to see Broward College's production and laughed out loud constantly. Just brilliant writing. If you are looking for a Christmas play that will 100% earn you a lump of coal in your stocking, you need to produce this Becky's Xmas Wish.

Possibly the most effective short Christmas piece I've ever seen - perfect if you have a taste for the macabre. Ashley Lauren Rogers has some genuine, tragic insight into who we are and what we're capable of, wrapped up in just the right amount of Yuletide magic and tinsel. A diabolical gem.

Dark and funny, just the way I like 'em. I was afraid it was going to be one joke drawn out over eight pages, but it builds and twists and turns. Very well done.

I laughed out loud multiple times reading this. Right up my alley, and will be for anyone with a dark sense of humor. A perfect 10 minute play!

A wickedly funny play! I was hooked immediately and laughed all the way through! Plus, I wasn't expecting the ending! Wow! Oh, so horrible and hilarious all at the same time!

Sibling rival revelry and dark, dark, dark. What a merrily macabre Christmas comedy, featuring the most horrifying little girl since Rhoda Penmark. I laughed so hard I cried.

Some anti-Christmas Christmas plays are merely snide or sarcastic. This is not one of them. Ashley Lauren Rogers has written a dark-as-the-inside-of-a-closed-coffin comedy.

A naïve elf. A diabolical brat. An unbreakable promise. What could possibly go right? Rogers makes sure it all goes horribly wrong by the sixth line.

If you're looking for a darkly twisted holiday play, look no further, 'cause Becky's got your back! This is such a funny play and deeply dark in the most satisfying of ways. Recommended to round out any ten-minute play festival.
