This commentary focuses beautifully on warning about extremism in feminism. As well as reflecting current day politics with entertaining dialogue while tackling systemic sexism in society today. The characters are dynamic and real and the setting provides an urgency that ultimately lends itself to the cautionary tale of equality of the sexes.

A powerful piece that directly confronts gender inequality by dissecting the different worlds where men and women exist. Fascinating and well done.

Fang throws you into a semi-dystopian world that explores the dangers of only seeing things as black and white, right and wrong, without acknowledging the gray areas. In the South, women are empowered and rule over the men, while in the North, misogyny still reigns supreme. This world is both creative and engaging, with well-developed character arcs and rich, varied voices for each character. Kinnally forces the reader to reevaluate their views and morals around feminism while immersing them in a mesmerizing story. Fast paced and captivating, Fang is an excellent read.

Fang was a good play that I enjoyed reading. The play highlighted string feminist ideals such as equality, even though that ways in which the play did were somewhat far-fetched. However, based on the time frame that the play is set, I think that the ideas for protection for women were appropriate. Another part of the play that I liked was the quotes used the main characters. Even though I didn’t understand the purpose of who they were quoting at first, after I did it gave the story deeper meaning.
