A lovely little love story about two girlfriends reuniting after one of them has tried to go the straight route and found it didn't work. Watch how Minigan surely but patiently shifts the change in their relationship and uses the motif of the two lesbian swans as a kind of catalyst. This play has such a great closer, you gotta read it just to get there! Go on, read it! Cause this is one of those wonderful 10 minute plays that you end up loving so much, it'll make you tear up a week from now. LOVE! LESBIANS! SWANS! what more could you want? A really great ending!

Minigan creates a deep world in this ten-minute play, which holds the expanse of two relationships, a failed engagement, and the ways you can really show you love someone. It's has a wonderful balance of humor and pain, and would make a great addition to any short play evening.

A play that subverts our expectations of how this conversation was supposed to go. A beautiful and heartwarming play that truly encapsulates the meaning of Love's patience in the face of searching for answers to questions of the self. And while the play is a heartwarming piece, and maybe even a tearjerker for the more easily moved (like me) this is a genuinely funny play with witty, fast-paced dialogue that would be as much at home in a tougher setting as it is in this tender two-hander with some fantastic roles for women.

Mating for life, cheating, killing swans (no swans are hurt in the creation of the play), and acceptance are all interwoven in this short play. The plot unfolds beautifully as Ellie, newly jilted, is rescued by Violet. You are kept off-kilter even at the end and you are left wanting more. There are two strong roles for actresses and a fun payoff for the audiences.
