What an exciting and thrilling play and funny and so very timely. The back and forth between the Attendant and Sebastian is so well written and paced that it was causing my stress levels to rise while reading it. Such a great piece of theater and cautionary tale against reaching that next level in the gaming world. I can't wait to read other works by Burdick!

Timely and unfortunately believable, INSERT TOKEN is a strong duet piece that begs the question--what are we telling the internet when we use it? Burdick's relentless jokes are funny (I'll never look at Angry Birds the same way), but--as good comedy does--the show stings unexpectedly.

A quick-witted, thought-provoking piece about consumption and connectivity. A funny set-up with a sharp, dangerous edge, INSERT TOKEN is original and exciting.

Wacky like something out of the mind of Philip K Dick. The concept of the interrogation is wonderfully silly, but it's a smart way to examine the Internet's role in our lives. Makes you wonder..all those long hours connected to apps and websites, clicking on photos, watching cat videos, and all that personal data in the cloud... Who are we in the eyes of those that watch us, study us through all that connectivity and data consumption? Brilliant, funny, bravo.
