I had a fun time reading this play and loved the use of language including nonverbal with the use of the flashlight. I also really loved the aliens.

This is a very endearing play with a character you can't help but root for and a very powerful message. It is refreshing to see a sci-fi story that uplifts and supports a minority voice instead of using it as a caricature.

I really loved this play because I could feel the desperation of Pedro and I could empathize with him. I can't imagine being a situation like Pedro's where you've hit a point in your life where you have nobody but an alien that you can ask for help. It was funny but almost left me crying.

Pedro is a man on a mission. A complex man with a complex backstory on supernatural mission. The great humor in this piece is given weight by the underlying political and socioeconomic issues that are hard to ignore. This is fun with a heart and a point.
