A powerful look at love and loss in a digital age with the footprint left behind. Well done.

Footprint is such a moving and lovely play. It flows with poetry for a digital age and moves in a way that almost makes the audience feel like a beloved and missed ghost. I'll be thinking about this one for days.

I was so moved by reading this ethereal, fluid, funny, sad play about life and death and everything in-between. I'm awed by Webb's ability to navigate so deftly from humor to pathos, train station to cafe, apartment to office. The characters feel modern, yet timeless, as do the themes of love and loss and what to do with them.

I love the contemplative, irregular pacing and rhythm of this piece. The transitions between scenes are elegant, theatrical, and wonderfully incorporated into the action. The world is so distinct and established so well with just a few key characters! I also love the universal contemplation of grief, legacy, and moving forward in the digital age.

Webb knows how to create a vivid, theatrical world to capture those difficult emotions of loneliness, loss, and separation. She knows how to do it with humor & a buoyancy that lifts us up. This small cast play would be great for a company that may have a lot of tech industry folks in the community, as the plot explores afterlife in social media. When is a sister ready to take down her brother's FB, tweets, and Yelp posts---and does she have a right to? Or should his presence linger online? Tough choices; good writing.

A haunting play about loss and life, full of melody and humor. A beautiful meditation complete with rich characters, I look forward to watching this play develop.
