Franky Gonzalez isn't afraid to throw punches, and he does so brilliantly in just one page. There's a lot to unpack from blatant hypocrisy to human empathy. A good piece to include for a night of short plays!

I am in awe of playwrights who can pack so much into 1 to 3 minutes. Thank you Franky for making every one of the 199 words count. Made me think and made me smile especially when I think of the Latino woman's inner voice and how she was able to control it.

Oh these white Christians. Who will save all of us who know better about the bill of goods religion offers and the awful price that is is paid by anyone who falls for their teachings or ideas. Gonzalez nails all that is wrong with the white Christian belief system where they think that their god is a white one who has OK'd them to think everyone not white is a piece of crap and not fit for anything except deportation, or to be shot or not clothed or fed or sheltered or killed without real remorse as God will forgive.
