A city mayor has achieved a major coup by rehabbing thousands of vacant and affordable houses. The last house is about to go on the market when a Habitat for Humanity worker discovers skeletons in the cellar and threatens to tell the media. Will the mayor's press secretary persuade him to keep his mouth shut?
