This short radio play is a very good time. I heard Broken Arts Entertainment's production of it, and they nailed the silly sound effects and the over the top line deliveries. What a smart, funny script, mining the audio format for every possible joke. I was thoroughly delighted from start to finish.

Name confusion puns and multiple references to "the writer" identify this hilarious short for what it is - completely self-aware silliness. Busser simply nails the dual parodies of daytime hospital dramas and radio plays. Don't miss the half of the staff gaff alliteration! So much fun - multiple spit takes including "Some are children, so it should be fresh." More sound effects! LOL!

This is what I get when I put out a FB post asking for examples of well written, high quality radio plays. Leave it to Busser to lure me into this beautiful disaster. Nothing but utter disrespect for the audio drama artform. UGLY DOCTOR HOSPITAL is Busser at his comedic best, though I’d argue he’s always at his comedic best. I expect he did little to no research when he put together this brilliant parody piece. Best intro I’ve ever received to a genre I was not familiar with. Highly recommend.
