While one might not immediately think of a wake as fertile ground for a blossoming romance, Donnelly's charming two-hander will change your mind. The characters are so recognizable and sincere in their interactions with one another. You are rooting for them from the first page.
This play also provides beautiful, meaningful roles for older performers which is always nice to see! Excellent work!
