This play has does a wonderful job of balancing commentary on the inner commitment to transitioning and comedy. As a non-cis-gendered reader and theatre-maker, I see this as a great depiction of what a transitioning person might long for in a coming-out situation. I think it is a great piece for cis-gendered people to read for a simplified, single angle of insight into a trans person's thought process. I loved reading this!
