    I was completely surprised by this wonderful play! At its heart, the play captures the emergence and disintegration of an always doomed friendship of two women cultivated by a consumerist culture spiraling toward fascism. It reveals at once the playful, but guarded, lightheartedness of a friendship and the deep historical consequences of political power and celebrity in an age of memory loss and erasure.
