I absolutely love this play! This explains the whole issue in such a clever way and I really hope the right audiences see this. I adore the way it is executed and I am clapping my hands enthusiastically at my computer screen. Imagine the reaction from a full house theatre!

A darkly funny and intense short play. Cole starts out light and carefree as would be a fairytale land of diapered babies delivered by benevolent storks and then quickly shifts and holds the audience accountable. Every single one of us. Bravo and kudos for tackling such a sensitive topic head on, and not letting go.

WOW! Just... wow! Something titled "Stork Patrol" sounds innocuous and goofy. This is neither of those things. It's deeply dark, wickedly funny and as pointed as a pricker bush. Deb Cole has taken the hottest of hot-bed issues today and shown the hypocrisy that so many people are guilty of for their willingness to take away a woman's right to choose. I wouldn't want to be the audience member who gleefully embraces the overturn of Roe v Wade while watching this. I'd like to be next to them though, so I can watch them squirm.

This sharp, efficient play dramatizes the abortion debate to bring post-Roe hypocrisy to life, and it doesn't hold back. What will this aggressively "pro-life" family do when they find themselves in a situation in which they must dedicate time, money, and resources to children they aren't willing or prepared to raise? Though the piece gets a bit dark, it was fun to watch these characters come to the realization that pregnant people should always have a choice. A tight, high-stakes piece of short theatre!

Deb Cole pulls no punches in Stork Patrol as she shines a spotlight on the hypocrisy of the “pro-life” movement. Razor sharp commentary on the consequences of overturning Roe v Wade. Way to go, Deb!

DEB COLE DID NOT COME TO PLAY!!!

STORK PATROL holds the “pro-life” voters’ feet to the fire and makes them practice what they literally preach! Pointed without being didactic, informative without being pedantic, and brutally honest about the hypocrisy inherent in those who claim to value life as long as it doesn’t inconvenience them.

I’d want Cole to be President of the United States if it wasn’t such a shitty job. BRAVO!
