I just had the pleasure of watching a performance of this by PlayZoomers, and it works perfectly! Two writers of very different genres happen to meet in an airport lounge when their flight is delayed. As they reveal themselves it turns out that their lives are nothing like the characters they create. Through their witty banter a chemistry develops and we’re left smiling at the prospect that their lives are about to become very interesting indeed.

This is a wonderful short play that would make for an excellent two-hander between two actors who have great comedic timing. It's funny, romantic, sharp, and witty, and its dialogue is so quick yet clever, Ruyle creates some very vivid imagery that is not only great for the actors, but the director as well!

I absolutely love this short play about two writers of wildly different genres finding common ground, while they are ironically grounded from their flights. Terrific, snappy dialogue and a great showcase for two actors with strong chemistry!
