  • Dana Hall: The Juggler

This play goes right for the jugular (Ha!) as it capitalizes on humor through linguistic errors and the absurdity of its characters. Morey Norkin’s sharp and playful writing makes this play a delightful addition to any short play festival or comedy showcase. Its simple staging and universal appeal ensure it will be enjoyed by a wide audience, leaving them laughing and eager for more from this talented playwright.

  • Paul Smith: The Juggler

Morey Norkin is such a wonderful wordsmith and the way he uses language in this fabulous short play is typical of him; smart, clever and entertaining! The simple story offers so much for performers to get their teeth into - The Juggler would make a wonderful premise for a longer piece, but here it is just perfectly formed!

Captivation and charm is what Norkin gives us in "The Juggler." For three minutes I could not stop smiling, the Juggler tries his hardest. Prepare yourself for an exhilarating and entertaining short that promises heaps of fun!

Such a charming and delightful short! You go along, thinking you know the game, and then along comes the final line and it is *chef's kiss*. The perfect little piece!

In the whimsical world of "The Juggler," words dance like acrobats, and misunderstandings pirouette into laughter. A delightful twist awaits, prepare to be charmed!"

  • Jacquelyn Floyd-Priskorn: The Juggler

This is an adorable origin story for a...villain? The Juggler definitely has the "villain explains their whole plan to the hero" bit down pat, at least. But maybe a word of the day calendar would be beneficial to this "baddie?" Very cute and funny.

Oh my God! That was brilliant! I loved the idea. I loved the characters. I especially loved the wordplay! Morey Norkin is a spiritual successor to Norm Crosby, the patron saint of malapropisms. Keep these coming Morey. I need more nonsense like this in my life.

  • Christopher Plumridge: The Juggler

Having a full time job and trying to be a playwright, I feel like I'm juggling myself. Morey is a master of mayhem, just read WHEN IN ROME.
This juggler has his works mixed up, throw in a detective to add to the melting and you have another little Morey Masterpiece, full of dad jokes and hilarious confusion.
    Love it!
