Make no mistake - a not-insignificant part of this play's charm is how exasperated its author appears to be over its very existence. But Daniel's too hard on himself - all of his authorial/ theatrical talents are out in full force, and we his fans are delighted and unsurprised by what he can do with a fun Secret Santa title exchange. If there were ever an insane asylum on SESAME STREET, this play is surely an escapee, and may it never be apprehended. A perfect addition to the Prillaman legacy.

When Willa Wrathburn wanders witlessly into Worth’s wraithy workplace, we witness a witty and weird war betwixt a woman and a wreath with a wonderful, welcome wrap-up.

Yeah, I can't possibly keep that up. But you should know this hilariously, atmospheric, VERY FUNNY play challenges expectations beat by beat. It’s a deliciously self-aware silly short with so many phenomenal, memorable bits throughout! Charming, consistently surprising, and stupid... in the BEST WAY POSSIBLE! Waffletwat!

Having lived a life with a prominent W in my world, this little gem of a Christmas horror story is fun and -- in the best possible way -- wonderfully stupid. The set-up and the execution hark back to the best of the cheesy dark mansion presentations, and the characters are right out of a Vincent Price classic tale, but in true Prillaman style, wonderfully wacky.
