Artistic Statement

My work as a playwright is rooted in the conviction that the stage is a powerful arena for emotional self-care, behavioral change, and psychological exploration. Drawing from my background in trauma-informed therapy and a deep fascination with neuroplasticity, I write to unravel how our minds construct reality, navigate crisis, and adapt to friction. I strive to strip away superficial social masks to expose the raw, vulnerable, and beautifully absurd mechanics of human coping mechanisms. By blending clinical insight with razor-sharp dark humor, my goal is to challenge audiences to lean into discomfort, question their own internal dialogues, and witness the profound existential transitions of the human psyche.
