The detailed picture of our contemporary world should be both beautiful and terrifying. My plays generally feature strange and extraordinary events taking place in mundane environments. A god coming to a blueberry farm. A child building wings and bringing toys to life in their room. Kidnapped goats in a theater. Regular men actually admitting to the cracks in their masculinity. I want to make people see things they never thought they would see. My current writing projects focus on looking forward into our possible futures: When will we reach the singularity if/when computers reach the capacity of the human body?
