She is a member of the Dramatists Guild, Alliance of Los Angeles Playwrights, Female Playwrights Initiative, and a past writer-in-residence at The Actors Workout Studio. Wendy is a proud member of Plays on Purpose/Miami New Musicals weekly writers group spearheaded by Ariana Rose in Miami, Florida since her relocation from Los Angeles... and you can find her in the Chateau d'Orquevaux in France 2025, joining other artists worldwide for a writer residency.

SYNOPSIS

The marriage takes place in a small town where Amy and Tim renewed their friendship and fell in love. The small town has the perfect quaint country church backdrop; however, the church is homophobic as is the friends and family of Tim. What if coming of age didn’t happen until your 40’s?
