I am a closet agitator. I tell American stories that provoke questions. I want to shine a light on the Truth of who we are and how we can do better I am a closet historian, rewriting history from the perspective of the disenfranchised and marginalized. I am a closet observer of the intersection, the communion and the disharmony between people, through the prism of culture and race. I am a closeted class clown. Often I use humor to unclench the raised fist about “the other.” With an eye to the funny and the fun to go deep-diving into differences and commonalities, and perhaps encouraging an embrace of both. I am a closet cheerleader of humanity with a capital H, I write stories to celebrate us...marvelling at how we muddle through it all. Because we do. In the end, redemption and hope.
