Artistic Statement
I write to tell stories, which is super-duper cliched, but whattayagonnado? I often don't use words like "super-duper," though, unless there's some sort of artistic (or comedic) reason behind it. I don't waste words. Also, I'm super-duper wordy, which is like wasting words, but somehow isn't?
Anyway, I tend to write in the genre of "weird fiction," horror, sci-fi (usually a combination of that a weird fiction or horror), and comedy. From time to time, I am even known to make social statements or go off on political diatribes. Unlike with "super-duper," I do like to use words like "diatribe."
