My work has been described as kitsch with significance which is as good a way to talk about things as any, if these things need to be talked about. My plays explore idiosyncratic little worlds. These parallel microcosms are often populated by eccentric misfits. Troubled, lost, amused, broken, absurd, desperate, isolated and forgotten - each is searching for his or her own sense of connection, identity, place and purpose.

Because I am interested in rocket packs, dinosaurs, cowboys, robots, tigers, goldfish, monsters, exotic locales, adventure, love, sex, romance, and other things kick-ass... these are the things I populated my stages with.
