I use theatre as a tool for escapism. I create plays that allow for viewers to escape reality and explore themselves. More importantly, my plays are a study on people. Having traveled the world and met an array of vibrant human beings, it is my intent to display the essence of humanity. I endeavor to capture the essence of the people I meet and, in turn, evoke empathy from an audience. My mission is to ensure that anyone can see a piece of themselves in my characters. My plays deal with loss, love, heartbreak, ambition, success, failure; all those feelings that are the core of living. I write theatre that allows folks to clear their minds for a moment and be present.
