For me, being a playwright means seeing an actor with a special gift and giving that "Thing They Do Better Than Anyone Else In The World" a home. My greatest joy is causing an audience to fall in love with the quirks and sparks of an individual who has been waiting in the wings for the right words. I especially love giving great acting opportunities to funny women and character actors, and shining a light on the everyday workhorses behind the power.
