Simran Bal

Simran Bal (she/hers) is an actor-writer originally from Mid-Missouri. Her plays have been included in NYU's 24-hour play festival, Blank Theatre's Living Room Series (LA,) Loyola and Northwestern Student Theater, and have been selected as finalists for Austin Film Festival and ScreenCraft's Stageplay Competition. Simran was a SNL Scholarship finalist for 2020-2021 (performance and writing.) She is currently an MFA Candidate for Dramatic Writing at NYU, and is a graduate of Northwestern University with a BS in theatre...(yes, it's funny.) She currently lives in New York City.
