I work in the genre of contemporary parable - essentially, my take on the problem play. I enjoy using hooks of genre and period to pull people into the questions on my mind. Usually, the questions have something to do with some facet of my experience as a transgender, disabled, Jewish man. I believe theater should be equitable and accessible, not just in content but in practice.
