I am a multi-genre writer, artist, and educator who builds worlds that celebrate the vitality of Black Queer femmehood while interrogating the presence and impact of American carceral systems in those respective communities. Combining my experience as an educator, community worker, and theatre practitioner, I seek to confront internalized behaviors of harm through storytelling, artmaking and curricula that explores the possibilities of sovereignty and asserts narratives of hope.
