Brynne Frauenhoffer is a Chicago-based playwright. Her plays include Pro-Am (produced by First Floor Theater; Jeff Award for New Work; The Kilroy List) and Disillusioned (Great Plains Theatre Common’s 2026 New Play Festival, O’Neill Semifinalist, Blue Ink Award Semifinalist). She has developed work with the Goodman, Salt Lake Acting Company, Avalanche, Sideshow (where she was an Artistic Associate), The New Coordinates, Commission, Broken Nose, Black Cat, Adapt, and The Prop. She is a proud company member with First Floor Theatre. When she’s not writing, she’s usually watching horror movies with her wife.
