Artistic Statement
After a career spanning fifteen years, I decided it was time for a reset. Writing had become solely focused on being produced and so the tail was wagging the dog in many respects. While I was given many wonderful opportunities, I found that I was more interested in fame than art.
I took the world of theater entering a new phase to begin a new chapter in my creative life. My work is still written with an eye on invigorating audiences, but it's done without the expectation of public acclaim as the end result. That's why I've chosen to limit how much of myself is used to promote and market my work, choosing instead to let the work speak for itself as much as possible.
