I enjoy bridging the world of reality with the fantastical world via science. I think science fiction can be both daunting (as seen in many sad, dystopic stories) and fun (as seen in "A Hitchhiker's Guide"), and I look to find the place where comedy meets the heart of sci-fi, fantasy, and magical realism. I believe stories help us grow and learn about ourselves, each other, and the world around us, and also provide us with entertainment to get us out of ourselves and into something new. My wish with my work is to create something that leaves the audience thinking--either emotionally or conceptually.
