The nuance of relationship, personal truth-telling revealing universal themes, looking behind stereotypes, digging to reveal authentic, understandable reasons for the typical behavior, this is what drives my writing. With decades of experience in the theatre world, as actor, playwright, artistic director, and producer, I have a strong understanding of what works on stage, and the fiscal and physical limitations at work as well.
