Artistic Statement
I am a playwright who writes for actors, with the eye of a director and the references of a life-long student of the theatre. I am eclectic in my references and style, and I believe that the best crafted plays are in dialogue with works of the past.
At present much of my work focusses on the American LGBTQ+ experience where I am attempting to engage bigger political and social issues through specific, intimate situations.
