I am a bold defender of the arts as a place where all come to hear, to heal, to laugh, to weep, to give and breathe. We are but humans and strive to be boldly imperfect, rude and honest, overbearing and stupid about how fragile life is. I write for the voiceless because I can and I am. I pray that the theatre Gods smile on my work and that each character is full of hopes and dreams, despair and rage. I will never waste anyone's time at the theatre because I can never give anyone those hours back.
