My goal is to create works that accomplish at least one of three things; allow people to engage in meaningful discussion, celebrate a facet of life not commonly featured, and/or allow people to laugh at the absurdity of reality. My shows often juxtapose a naturalistic performance with a metaphysical component to engage the audience in a story that is both relatable but visually stimulating. Most of my plays are also made for a black box or bare stage but can be adapted within any budget and vision of a director.
