Rebbekah Vega-Romero (she/her/ella) is a queer, neurospicy, Afro-Latina-Jewish
performer, writer, and producer, who resides in her native NYC with her cat. Rebbekah is a graduate of LaGuardia (FAME) High School, holds a BA from Boston University & is a YoungArts award-winner. Rebbekah is a 2023 Doreen Montalvo Scholarship honoree, and a 2023 inaugural fellow for the Summer Jam Fellowship at the Dramatists Guild Foundation.
Writing Highlights: Rebbekah’s first full-length play, Smalls & Talls: A Duet for Two Women, is a 2024 Finalist for the Eugene O’Neill National Playwrights Conference.
