Dr Seuss and Professor Norman McLean, author of A River Runs Through It, were friends who met and worked together (Jack’o’Lantern Managing Editors) at Dartmouth College. While her mother and sister are instrumental in the final resolution of her addiction, a gay yoga instructor turns out to be more of a ‘prince’ than her love interest.

A one act play with Rap as a black female teenage rapper whose seclusion from the world in a ‘tower’ with her white guardian has delayed her social and emotional development. As an orphan, she is only now overcoming the power of intense attachment and gratitude to finally seek her own independence and question the price of freedom. Her music forms a connection with a local college student and they begin an affair without Rap ever leaving her home. After discovering she is pregnant, the guardian throws her out (is this story sounding familiar yet?). The boyfriend is blinded (more by bad luck than good design) and Rap has twins but they achieve their happily ever after.

In this full length play, Cinderella discovers on college move-In day that her roomie is Snow White. Problems begin when they both fall for Romeo. Beyond this, Cinderella needs a little help from her friends, not a fairy godmother, and also has to deal with a hometown boyfriend before the relationship with Romeo can become a reality. When the moment comes, Juliet also arrives on the scene. Friendship saves the day and helps heal a broken heart.

Along the lines of Sisters Are Doin’ It For Themselves, this is one sister who doesn't wait for another man to save them. She burns it all to the ground in her desperate attempt to get her sister back from the wolf.
