I laughed out loud reading this gem. While short in time, this play speaks volumes about our current society.

I’ll never hear “All I Want for Christmas is You” without thinking of this dark and edgy comedy. A haunting piece perfect for a night of non-traditional holiday shorts.

So much life packed into one play. We follow this couple as they work through twenty-five years of marriage, as the world moves around them and life hands them unexpected problems. They hold on, they slip, they fall, they get back up again — in a hilariously human way. Would love to see this on stage.

For anyone who has regrets about the “one who got away” (and don’t we all?) — Goldfinger brings us up close to a couple who loved and left, but who have not forgotten. Clever and heartfelt.

A woman begins her vacation, which she won from a radio station, with a unique first class flight. The hilarious dialog of this first class world is surprising and delightful. Well done!

Jeanette Hill has created a play that is an excellent tool to start a conversation with adults and children/ teens to discuss bullying and what to do if you are a victim. The dialog is engaging and informative without being preachy. Well done.

A sweet play with authentic dialog about two friends trying to take their relationship to the next level. We feel their urgency and frustration with the constant interruptions as the New Tear counts down. This play is a perfect inclusion for a holiday evening of shorts.

Asher Wyndham has created a precious gem for the holiday season. A mother, full of hope and love for her children in the face of many difficulties, shows a beautiful and yet practical view of life. Strong monologue to be included in a holiday evening of shorts or audition piece.

In a fun and non-preachy way, this play reminds us that perfection does not bring happiness. Facing the first Christmas without my mom is a few weeks, I’m so glad to have read this play. Thank you, Rachel Bublitz.
