This evocative play simply delivers a blow to the heart. All you need is three people who desperately want something.

This fresh, original piece is so skillfully written that it takes you from one emotional extreme to another and leaves you wondering how it accomplishes so much in so little time. It's hilarious and physical and beautiful. Enjoy the ride!

I read this play a few years ago and still think about it all the time. The role of the artist, how wealth affects friendships, the power of creation — read and enjoy!

Many of us know what it feels like to worry about and live with someone with dementia. This play presents other angles of the experience with such joy and good humor, creating a kaleidoscope of the family and friends who make it through together. A great read!
  • Here Comes The Night

This exploration of an old friendship is both joyful and heartrending -- who were we then and what are we to each other now? I especially appreciated the deep look at "shallowness" and how Kenner Grissom upends our expectations. Perhaps the influencer does have something powerful to share... I can't wait to see this beautiful vision of an LA canyon on stage.

Can you tell genius from just a skull? What would it feel like -- and inspire in you -- to hold one yourself? This play is a good time from start to finish, AND you get a dash of history to boot. But my very favorite lines are the celebration of feminism through pigeons. A fun, smart farce.

This play is a crowd-pleaser. At the reading I saw, the audience was right there all along, laughing uproariously and squirming for the characters. Dive into Accuardi's work and enjoy all the places she takes you.

What beautiful, nuanced, in-the-moment writing. This play draws you in from page one, then dazzles with smarts and grabs you with heart. And it's sexy and funny too! The story is a meditation on home and exploration, and what happens when we finally explore both our farthest and closest mysteries. I wish I could hang out with these people longer -- I'm going to miss them until we meet again.

A beautiful and funny take on a medical subject. There is so much reality and humanity in this script that lets us laugh hard even as we feel the pain.

Lisa Kenner Grissom makes the night feel so real, you can almost smell the freshly dug dirt and the perfume of the roses. The play heightens with every page and delivers satisfying surprises at the end. I'd love to see a full production.
