  • Evan Baughfman: To the Zoom and Back

I loved this script! It's very funny and heartwarming, and it uses the Zoom medium in a compelling way. Great job!

  • Evan Baughfman: THE SNORING SONATA

A fun, little piece that many could relate to! Nice job!

  • Evan Baughfman: The Whole Shaker of Salt

THE WHOLE SHAKER OF SALT tackles workplace stereotypes in a thought-provoking way. I enjoyed the dialogue between Patron and Barmaid and how their relationship changed throughout the scene. A great ten-minute play!

  • Evan Baughfman: ROOM 27

In addition to its great premise and an awesome cast of characters, ROOM 27 features interesting critiques on modern music and the high costs of fame. A highly-recommended read.

  • Evan Baughfman: Icebox - Monologue

A powerful monologue about isolation, ICEBOX touches on the fears that many of us are feeling right now. It's a very relatable piece, even though it's set in a land far, far away. Great job!

  • Evan Baughfman: The Life and Times of Emily Cratchit

I'm impressed with what's accomplished here in such a short amount of space. At times tragic, but ultimately heartwarming, THE LIFE AND TIMES OF EMILY CRATCHIT gives genuine emotional depth to a not-so-famous literary figure.

  • Evan Baughfman: Board to Death

This is a thought-provoking horror-comedy with important things to say about addiction, brotherhood...and Ouija. It has some really shocking moments that would be fun to see played out on-stage. Thumbs up!

  • Evan Baughfman: A Bitter Pill

This script is full of wonderful dialogue, and it takes you on a surprising journey full of twists and turns. No spoilers here, other than: you won't see where this one's going!

  • Evan Baughfman: Consanguinity

A tale of estranged brothers that tick-tick-ticks like a timebomb until it eventually explodes. I love how the brothers' dialogue covers ground from the mundane (chicken fingers) to more serious topics (the afterlife), and how it all reads very naturally, like words that people would actually speak to one another. I also love how these characters' wounds spill out onto the page. Awesome job.

  • Evan Baughfman: Bootcutter Blade S46

This had me chuckling out loud. Michelle's dialogue, in particular, gives actors and directors plenty to work with. I'd love to see her monologue (the whole script!) performed on-stage.
