Born in Riverside, CA, Isaac was destined for not much, so he promptly moved to Michigan. Then to Ohio. Then to Michigan, again. Finally after all of that moving he moved once more to South Dakota and that's where he would die one day, although now in his twilight years of 20-something he finds himself in Chicago. Isaac has been writing scripts since he was in high school, and only as time has marched its legs forward, did he realize that he loved to write. Taking inspiration from the greats before him, Isaac challenges expectations in his work and hopes to one day find twenty bucks on the street.

Plays

  • The Inconfidentes
Brazil, 1789. Revolution is in the air, and a few daring individuals are brave, or foolish enough to attempt it. Based on the Incofidencia Mineira, this play explores history using modern language and themes that are still extremely relevant today.
  • Static: Blinded
This was the worst blizzard in Montana's history and Barry Kashini and Samantha Cooke were caught in the middle of it. With nowhere to go and no hope to latch onto, what's real slips away into the white screaming void and all that's left are the truths of these lives.

Whether it be war, love or the history of the radio we all have something to run from.
  • The Volcano Play
Now that volcanoes are popping up all over the country Nolan never assumed one would pop up on his street, but when one does he's determined to be concerned about it, even if no one else really is.
  • A Historic Wedding
Martha and Jean get smashed before they have to be part of their friends historic (and horrendously stupid) wedding.
  • Fly, Ball.
It's the end of the world and Jordan Jones is staying behind. As humanity launches towards the stars Jordan and his wife Pris have one last dance.
  • An American Tragedy
Janey Smith is a death row inmate who has been found guilty of triple homicide and is about to become the latest murderer to die via the chair. Her last request is to give her side of the story just one last time.

The truth that is revealed from her last testimony is shocking, funny, and just a bit poignant.
  • Who We Are
    A four minute monologue.
Clara waits for someone as she recounts her life.
