Both couples attended the same fertility clinic where their fertilised eggs were swapped in error with Sara being implanted with Fiona’s and vice versa. Sara miscarries but Fiona becomes pregnant. Adam surreptitiously obtains Rachel and Fiona’s number from the clinic and sets up a meeting. In what’s at times a surreal evening the discussion switches from awkward small talk to comedy to dark revelations as long-buried secrets are divulged.
