This is a beautiful play that examines the human side of well known biblical figures. Very funny and uplifting, but also demonstrating a keen understanding and appreciation for the original biblical stories and the beauty inherent in them.

This is a really refreshing and exciting play. I saw the Welder's production and was incredibly impressed by this great take on "family drama" - this actually pulled at my heartstrings in a way that felt genuine. Halo is a really relatable character that I think a lot of young women could see themselves as. The lack of a romantic subplot is SO refreshing. The MMA is exciting and while it at first seems like an obvious metaphor, creates a fascinating dynamic between Halo and her family. The dialogue is witty and fun. Lots of great parts for women.
