Emma Grace Imes is a Lexington Kentucky based theater artist and early career playwright. Her most recent play Paradoxical Contact was performed as a virtual reading sponsored by the Dramatist Guild Footlights Program. She holds a B.A in Theatre from the University of Kentucky where she focused on playwriting and performance. On the mainstage her ten minute play, How/Why My Sock Monkey Became Real, was selected to be produced as a part of the college's New Works Now 2018 program. Her short play Pink Hair Curse was also produced at the University. Her other short play Crayonhead had a reading at the University of Kentucky then was produced virtually by the Bluegrass Community and Technical College Theatre. She has recently found a knack for live streaming.
