Heesun Hwang

Heesun (she/her) is a queer, Korean-American writer and artist based out of New York and Seattle. As a playwright, she has been a part of Ashland New Plays Festival (inaugural New Voices, Pass the Pen Nominee); ZAPI artists/NYCC grants, Leviathan Lab, Williamstown Theatre Festival, Quarantine Bake-Off. She is currently a member of the BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Writing Group as a lyricist.
